In case of any change in personal information provided by you, you must immediately update your personal details by going to My Account.
During Sign Up, you will be asked to create a password for your account. It is your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your password. All transactions taking place from your Account would be assumed to be authorized by you.
You must change your password immediately if you detect any suspicious transaction or order placement from your account.
If at any point, we feel the security of our site is being breached due to misuse, your account will be suspended immediately and user may or may not be denied access in the future.
Order Cancellation
Should you decide to cancel an order, it is your responsibility to do so before you receive an Order Dispatch notification from us. No cancellations can take place once the order has been dispatched.
UK WHOLESALE TRADING LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel certain orders as deemed appropriate.
Payment
All payments must be made in full either by bank card, paypal or Klarna at the time of checkout.
You can only use one promotional or discount offer at a time. Discount Coupons cannot be sold, refunded, exchanged or returned.
All prices, deals, promo codes and delivery charges posted on our website and mobile application are subject to change without formal notice.
Return Policy
All items must be returned within 24 hours from the time of arrival of the goods in with its original packing. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of goods.
There are no additional charges on product return.
Delivery
Our Delivery Timings are: 10AM till 18:00 pm. (ORDER PLACED BEFORE 12:00 NOON WILL BE despatched ON SAME DAY . Any order placed after 12.00PM is automatically transferred to the next day.
In case of a delivery delay due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified beforehand.
We will deliver at the time and location specified by you. Our rider will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes for you to receive your order. In the case of a no-show, we will reschedule your delivery. At the time of checkouts please leave any delivery instructions.
