7. Orders
A contract is formed only when you receive an Order Confirmation email.
We may cancel or reject any order at our discretion; refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Ownership of Products passes to you once dispatched.
8. Products
Images, colours, packaging, and ingredients may vary slightly from what is displayed online.
If an item becomes unavailable, we may offer a like-for-like replacement or issue a refund.
Some Products may be near or past their best-before date. These remain safe if stored correctly.
Price-marked Products (PM) will always be sold at or below the PM price (excluding delivery).
For non-UK deliveries, you are responsible for local taxes, customs duties, and any transit risks.
9. Payment
Payments must be completed at checkout using our secure payment gateways.
We do not store full card details; payment providers may securely retain them.
Klarna, if offered, is subject to Klarna’s Privacy Notice and terms.

10. Delivery
Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation.
Deliveries are sent to the address provided—please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
Free delivery (when offered) will use a courier service of our choice.
Delivery dates are estimated; delays may occur due to external factors.
Address errors cannot be corrected once shipped; we are not liable for losses caused by incorrect details.
Refused or failed deliveries may incur additional courier fees.
Chilled or frozen items may be shipped separately with tracking; missed deliveries void our responsibility.
For damaged parcels, inspect the contents and report damage immediately to our team via email.
Missing deliveries must be reported within 7 days of dispatch.
Age-restricted items require valid ID upon delivery.
11. Cancellation & Returns (Consumers)
You may cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund.
After delivery, you have 14 days to cancel by emailing hello@ukwholesaletrading.com
Return Requirements
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
Valid claims will have reasonable return costs covered by us.
Missing Items
Claims must include a photo of the received package and contents.
12. Liability
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the Product and foreseeable losses.

Take reasonable steps to minimise delays.
