Returns and Refunds

1. Your Right to Cancel

(Consumer Contracts Regulations – UK Consumers Only)

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To cancel, email hello@ukwholesaletrading.com with your order number and cancellation request.
You must return your items within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation.


 

2. General Returns (Non-Faulty Items)

For non-faulty, unopened items, we offer a 14 days return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Products that are opened, consumed, damaged by the customer, or tampered with cannot be returned.

  • Perishable goods, free gifts, promotional bundles, and clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Shipping Costs:
If you return an item because you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, you are responsible for the return/collection charges. These charges will be clearly communicated before confirmation.


 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ukwholesaletrading.com.

Please include:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

If verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including delivery fees.


 

4. Packaging & Delivery Notes

  • Orders may be shipped in our own packaging or by third-party couriers.

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the greater value of net weight or volumetric weight.

  • To protect fragile items, boxes containing glass or liquids may be opened and repacked with air-shock protection.

  • Original manufacturer packaging will be included flat-packed inside the box where applicable.


 

5. How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to My AccountOrder History.

  2. Copy your order number or find it in your confirmation email.

  3. Email hello@ukwholesaletrading.com with subject: “Returns Request”, including:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you want to return

    • Reason for return

  4. Our support team will contact you to confirm eligibility and arrange return or collection.

  5. Pack items securely in the original unopened packaging. Returns sent with different packaging may incur a deduction.

  6. Your return will be collected or delivered back to us at the scheduled date.

You only need to send your return request within the 14-day cancellation period to qualify.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–14 working days

Shipping costs are refundable only if the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect items).


 

8. Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you want a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


 

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened bottles or packaging

  • Perishable items (e.g., ready-mixed drinks, food items)

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Free gifts or promotional bundles (unless faulty)
