Packaging & Sustainability
- For delivery fee calculations, we consider the larger value between net weight and volumetric weight. This ensures fair pricing, especially for lightweight items packed in large cartons, such as toilet rolls.
- To ensure safe delivery, boxes containing glass items or liquids may be opened and each item individually packed using air-shock protective packaging. Original manufacturer packaging will be included flat-packed inside the delivery box.
- Some products may be shipped in their original cardboard boxes to reduce waste and support sustainability. These boxes are already strong enough to protect the product during transit.
Courier & Peak-Time Information
- Deliveries may be handled by trusted courier partners including Royal Mail, FedEx, and Evri.
- During peak seasons such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, courier networks may experience delays.
- Please order early during busy seasons to avoid extended delivery times.
