Delivery Timings

Standard Delivery Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, No dispatches or deliveries on Sundays.

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day.
• Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
• Delivery Duration: Orders are normally delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery Charges

We offer competitive delivery rates across the UK based on the total parcel weight:

• Up to 2 kg: £2.99
• 2 kg to 5 kg: £4.99
• 5 kg to 15 kg: £8.99
• 15 kg to 20 kg: £9.99

Free Delivery: All orders over £150 qualify for free delivery anywhere in the UK.

Delivery Process

• We deliver to the location and time slot specified by you during checkout.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
• If you will not be available, please use the tracking link promptly to reschedule or take the next appropriate steps to avoid delays or missed deliveries.
• Orders may arrive in one or more boxes depending on the products and total weight.
• Deliveries may be fulfilled by trusted third-party couriers, including Royal Mail, FedEx, and Evri.

Packaging & Sustainability

• For delivery fee calculations, we consider the larger value between net weight and volumetric weight. This ensures fair pricing, especially for lightweight items packed in large cartons, such as toilet rolls.
• To ensure safe delivery, boxes containing glass items or liquids may be opened and each item individually packed using air-shock protective packaging. Original manufacturer packaging will be included flat-packed inside the delivery box.
• Some products may be shipped in their original cardboard boxes to reduce waste and support sustainability. These boxes are already strong enough to protect the product during transit.

Courier & Peak-Time Information

• Deliveries may be handled by trusted courier partners including Royal Mail, FedEx, and Evri.
• During peak seasons such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, courier networks may experience delays.
• Please order early during busy seasons to avoid extended delivery times.
